Keep in mind that normal decals can be easily removed from most surfaces. The polycrylic will seal the decals in place and you won t be able to get them off again. Polycrylic over vinyl decals.

Now i will say that from time to time the vinyl will curl in on itself if i had applied a heavy coat of the spray polycrylic so many crafters. We ve had huge success using polycrylic wood stain or acrylic paint all of which you can find at your favorite craft store. Once you have your letters down and put clear varnish or the polyurethane over vinyl this material will shrink in hot weather. However if you go over vinyl decals with polycrylic they are there for good.
